| Go and check with your NRC office as they will have the details. In Minnesota we have had a low interest machinery loan for farmers to start using a high residue planting system. It was run through the local soil and water conservation office. At the present time I think that there is a program to pay a set amount for a period of time to see if is something that fits your operation. Each state handled it in a little different fashion. | |
