My thoughts & prayers are with you & your family. You have gotten some good advice in the above posts. You also seem to have a good grasp on your situation......meaning, you are not letting this bad news turn you into a huge pity-party as many are want to do.

I do not think I can add anything to your posted questions above. But, as I was considering your problem yesterday, I kept coming back to the thought that.......

......I think it may prove helpful to introduce your wife to NAT.

If & when the time comes that she needs guidance after you are gone....there is a wealth of information available to her here at no charge. Many would love the chance to help her out.....perhaps in just giving her a second opinion, or coming up with alternatives or links to information to some unknown problem. Most of the posters here would have her best interest at heart.

We would even love to share her grief if it comes to that.
