The SDX opener definitely hairpins more because of the large blade. Seed placement is worse with the SDX due to boot design, along with RID gauge tires. The Flexi-coil cart is considerably better than Deere's 19xx carts, but I think you have to change some of the electronics to be able to run a newer Flexi-coil cart with an 1890.
