i'm so sorry you have to go thru this. my brother had the same thing stg 4 lung cancer at 42 yrs of age, he lived 22 months after being diagnosed. Havent read any other posts , wanted this to come from my heart. wow, can't think of what to say, enjoy the time u have left, consider what your wife wants in all your decisions. don't worry; about the financial aspect, that'll all work out. I"m praying for u.
