The only thing that I have to add is I encourage you to look around at the world around you and ask yourself how it came into play. If you like me believe things don't happen accidently then there must be a Creator. Then I encourage you to read the Book of Instructions Before Leaving Earth (Bible) One passage that quickly come to mind was Proverbs 3: 5-8
Trust in the Lord with all your heart and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him and he will make your paths straight. Do not be wise in your own eyes, but fear the lord and turn way from evil. It will be healing to your body and refreshment to your bones.
If you are not a believer I encourage you to give it an honest try, pray to the lord, tell him your troubles and ask for his comfort, healing, and guidance. You have nothing in the world to loose by becoming a believer in the one true God and everything to loose.
