Rivers, MB | Firstly, I'm sorry. Not something anyone should have to go through. My dad fought cancer for over a year. That is a hellish ride.
Few thoughts.
Cannot comment on whether to take treatments because never been in your shoes.
I'd clean up the credit card debt ASAP. Sell an asset if you need to.
What will your wife and family remember most? You being busy cleaning up your affairs so they don't have to or a 10 day trip with them somewhere doing a few things on your bucket list. Do you have some close friends that would be able to help your wife with some an auction/asset sale IF you were to pass away? Lean on your friends. True friends will help you and/or your wife now and later.
