It is great that you are thinking about putting things in order. My dad died at 55 and did not get things in order very well. I will pray for you right here right now. As someone else said, get right with God, if you already are not. I would probably sell all I had, but the land. The land returns an income. Sell machinery and get rid of as much debt as possible.
