Sorry to hear this, though I do not know you personally. Take enough time to get things square with at least a plan for your wife and who will assist her. Get all the accounts, assets and debts, insurance written down in one place. Then do anything and everything that you possibly can that is on your bucket list with your wife. You and she will treasure the memories. Trust God. God Bless.
