North West IA/western AZ | That's a tough thing to deal with. Sorry is not enough. I just lost a sister in law to cancer. She fought it all the way and felt terrible to the point of not being able to function. I know every thing is different, but I've been thinking that with those odds, I'd bypass the poison shots and hope for a better end.
As for the equipment, if you can't be making money with it, it may sell better with you there to represent it. A talk with your tax man may say otherwise.
