Canmore Ab. Canada | I guess I didn't really want to come off as a hero here. I just wanted to share my sentiments in the dog eat dog world we live in and maybe encourage others to do the same.
I am taking no less than the standard rents for our area. I am renting to good farmers. I consider myself fortunate to be able to make decisions like these without worrying about my future. I also feel that these decisions are the most sound long term decisions.
I would like to note that all my landlords went with the same types of deals to good, many times young, farmers also. They are to be commended on their efforts.
