Driftless SW Wisconsin

The SDX drill seems to be well received in many areas with the exception of the plastic, planter type closing wheel. If you decide to go with this drill I would suggest you try at least a couple rows of our Dawn Curvetine II closing wheel kit for the SDX for closing, durability of the wheel and less applied pressure required. This leaves more weight/spring force to get the row units into hard ground without hanging massive amounts of weight on the bar and wearing out bushings with high force settings.
