Still haven't decided 100% what to do-but I am having concrete poured at end of month. At that time I am going to put in a loft-and I want to use an I beam for the corner-in case we ever do decide to use that as downpiece for a crane hoist.
How large of one would you recommend and how deep down should it go before concrete is poured around it.
