I'm not a guru of anything...but learning. Actually, son Kurt is becoming quickly educated on the who-what-when-where antique thing. Funny thing is...he's never plowed...yet!

But anyway, yes, I believe the #8 (aka "Little Genius Plow") was the model before the "numbered series", like the 60. Little Genius (#8) was most noticable with it's red frame (no tubing backbone...just cast framework) & blue running gear. Late model #8 could be either mechanical lift, or hydraulic, or both. They were on both steel & rubber. I'm sure someone has a good photo, I don't right now.
