Subject: RE: backhoe for a project

Eastern Iowa
I just got my 36,000 lb. Drott excavator out today to put in water lines to a waterer. First it has moved since I prepared a site for my new grain dryer last year. I want to dig a pit silo yet this summer and then I would be willing to sell it for $10,000. It has been reliable. In about 5 years I have blown one Hyd line and repacted one cylinder. It starts as good as anything on the farm,(Detroit 4 cylinder 2 stroke). I have 4 buckets for it, a 2 foot, a 3 foot that needs work, a 4 foot scoop bucket that I have never used and a 4 or 5 foot ditching bucket with Hydraulic twist on it. The boom is plumbed for aux. hydraulics.
