Realistically? Do what I have done and am still doing. Work another job and be ready to come home and work until dark. Beg,borrow and trade for anything you don't have to have all the time. Be ready to adapt. Be prepared to be frustrated a lot so take pride in small accomplishments. Oh heck,there's a million things....
