Kansas | For Kansas city, near as it was explained to me, used wise, anyone with a dealers license can get in. If they are selling new carryovers or similar you need a chevy license to buy chevy, ford license to buy ford, etc etc,
They had been known to get a bit lax but I heard they really get catankarous when a bow tie only dealer is in there buying cadillacs.
Now, This was relayed to me straight from the horses mouth, about 13 years ago. Perhaps things have changed since then.
