E. Kansas | Sounds silly that a 97 year old pipeline that is less than 7" underground and no longer used, would ever be allowed to be put back into use. There should be some kind of regulations to force the company to abandon the easement in situations like that. They've shown no interest in maintaining the easement by letting the trees get out of control. I hope you get the pipeline removed and the easement abandoned. | |
