Elsmore, Kansas | I am wanting to build my own concrete containment and can do it rather reasonably. However my question is. Does the containment have to be designed by the engineer along with SPCC or can i design and build my own and do my own plan and file it myself. If my plan has to be done by the engineer who do i contact and if not how do i file the plan? If i sound like an idiot well i am when it comes to this so an help would be greatly appreciated. I have priced a liner set up with a steel wall and they seem really high. | |
