the way I understand it is, the fuel supplier is on the hook to police, if they deliver fuel into unaproved tanks and the person with the illegal tanks get's checked and they had fuel delivered into them, then the supplier is in trouble so they probably won't take a chance I guess. who really knows till someone gets fined and we all hear about it. take this for what it cost ya.
