I'd hold off for awhile .. . . . . see what develops.
I'd be willing to bet, even if there isn't a bill passed to let up on tanks less then 10.000 gals, what are the chance they are going to target you in May ?
Likely be 2-3 yrs before any compliance inspections . . . .lot can happen in 6 months or longer. |
