Pittsburg, Kansas
I just made up a hypothetical situation and was showing how it would punish the most prudent of people. I really was not even thinking of you when I wrote it although I did know it was your post I was replying under.
I was thinking about it much in reflection of one of the articles I read about Cypress how the small business owners were being put out of business and having to fire people because the money they had set aside to run their business vanished. I was thinking about how it would affect farmers. And of course it would most affect the least indebted because they would be more likely to have more cash accumulated. But it would affect everyone because even if a person uses some credit to plant a crop, most have some of their own money on the line also so anything in a bank could be subject to being vaporized. It would just tend to hurt the prudent (like everything they are doing) more than anyone else.
