I spend a lot of time with taxes, I have a cash flow/tax planer spread sheet I run through out the year, and work with my CPA.
Time will tell if I did the right thing, but I loaded my self up with income this year. Took crop insurance payment this year and a couple other things to show income in 2012.
It hurt (will hurt haven't written the checks yet). but my thinking was the congress critters and the "chimp in charge" are going to raise tax rates one way or the other so I figured I'll take the hit now at a lower rate. |
