Hard to say what is right, everyone's needs and situations are different and each of us needs to do what we alone feel is right.

I just think this is probably one of the most important issues that has come up that could have  the potential of causing a lot of pain. As such it needs robust discussion and commentary by people far smarter in these matters than me.

I am concerned that I just don't see enough people paying attention or asking questions and demanding answers from financial people we deal with. The legislators are likely a lost cause for answers as they probably wrote the language authorizing the theft or have no idea what they passed since they don't seem to read anything anymore.
