Eastern Ohio | Went to a Livestock Quality Assurance program last night, same info discussed there but the biggest take away was local SWCD's have been informed by top brass to investigate every complaint that comes in the office. No more feet dragging and excuse making for landowners. Also talked about the 45 day rule for CAFO, the way I understand it, almost every 4H steer would be considered a CAFO and have to comply with CAFO Regs if pushed. | |
