They will send a delegation down to Texas and throw Hay Wilson in jail for applying 6 years worth of N on his hay crop in one year long ago!
All aspects of life are to be ruled by the mid-level paper pushers who know best for us. Paperwork filed, proper boxes checked, and we will all live better as we eat the food imported from Africa and South America.
