There arent that many acres in this area, but looks like the stuff planted before Thanksgiving was headed out here generally speaking. We were about 28 degrees two nights. We were going to give it 4 days and do a little better investigation. We didnt really have a winter until march. I think three freezing nights Nov through Feb,so the wheat may have been a little ahead. I usually wear a jacket most of the winter, and only remember wearing it 2 days this year.

There were a lot of acres of wheat in the Panhandle this year. I suspect a similar situation over there.
