Simcoe Ontario Canada | The support agreement that I have in place has a similar structure. Fee pays for 3 farm calls for doing updates, calibrations, etc. If you dont have a service agreement, you will be charged an hourly rate for these services. Users also have the option of dropping off their components for updates for a nominal fee (usually free). All work in first year of ownership is free. Updates now have a 90 day warranty for glitches. Service issues where problems are chased for some time before a solution is found will be dealt with on a case by case basis like they always have been. | |
