- Seed size
---Some like smaller seed, some like larger seed
- Being informed on fertility requirments and recommendations
- Willing to LISTEN first
- Knowing new traits and technologies available and also in the future
- Getting the right seed that was ordered
- Offering the same customer service whether farmer A buys 25 bags or farmer B buys 250 bags
---Staying late so guys can get seed, delivering seed, etc. | |
