Someone who enjoys management will hire you to drive their tractor I'm sure. Its just the way things are moving and you will either adapt or fall behind. I would rather have more time to get out and dig around in the dirt or look at the crops. I enjoy seat time, but that doesn't mean its the most productive use of my time. Often times, its the jobs we hate the most that are the most profitable.
What would you say to John Deere's tractor engineers?
