Mascoutah, Illinois | What are your answers to the problems going forward? I hate banks as much as the next guy except for the mom and pop operations who have done it right all along and are now caught up in all of the red tape and fees just to play the game. Do we shave entitlement spending? I believe we have to. I don't believe either side of the aisle has a viable plan and I believe those who have served in politics for numerous years are hanging it up knowing the mess which cannot be fixed. I don't believe many are ready or willing to take the serious pain it would take to even attempt to clean up this mess. I believe we are on such fragile footing as an economy, we go bankrupt whether we fix it or not. You cannot spend your way to prosperity, print your way to prosperity, or tax yourself out of a mess. | |
