IA | Im sure there are some like that. I spoke with a local FCS guy the other day and he said there are alot of big loans going through for land. Say you had 300 acres paid for or almost paid for and bought another 120 for 15K. If you keep updating the value of your paid for land it dont look to bad. I asked FCS guy if guys were paying cash and he said not a one. Not saying its not the right thing to do but not buying the paid in cash line | |
