Austin - 3/25/2013 16:09 This might be an obvious question but how many of you let your seed outside in cold weather? We are talking proboxes of beans here. Got a shipment coming and no room in heated storage and cant get trucks to cold storage due to a foot of snow. It just doesnt feel right to let them get snowed on... will they be ok?

I would not receive any proboxes unless you have an indoor place to put it.
Tell the salesman, when you want them delivered, or pick them up at your convenience.
I would think your seed seller would want to treat those beans, when you pick them up.
A great margin for seed sellers is treatment.

I have sold seed for many years, with thousands of Proboxes, and none of those
I've sold were delivered and stored outside, by the customer.
