Have you measured a bale and compared the measurement to the reading on the bale command? Maybe when it says 66" on the monitor, it is really overfull. Measure height and width across the end of a bale, and average the two. Compare to what the last readout was for that bale. hold bale size button and use up/down arrows to adjust by the difference.
