MN
5 year warranty for what tractors cost...
lose the ******** fix as fail PIP.. Thats BS to a customer...
read agtalk more....
have a public sign up if you want to be on product improvement surveys/commitees/etc
fix the water pump issue they've had for years..
i'd like to see a onboard aircompressor on combines large enough to blow them off..
on board fire suppression.. for what stuff costs today sure looks like a cheap investment...user friendly owners manuals... i understand there are idoiots out there, but do they really read the books?
bring back made in USA parts and materials.. this china/mexico/etc makes me sick from all the companies...
master battery disconnects standard on all equip.
i'd love to see public access to look up serial numbers/build sheets and warranty work on a machine without constantly bugging my local dealer..
make the JDparts website so you can locate parts that are not in stock at your local dealership.
How bout some loyalty programs for us customers that aren't jumping brands constantly...
800 number or website to a english person that can actually answer a question or direct to someone who can when we have complaint or product idea
Bring back on farm field demos... act of congress needed HERE to get anything for a real trial...
fire the yellow paint supplier... is BS to have to repaint rims in few short years...
make a monitor mounting bar/system standard.. expecially on the $$$ big row crop tractors atleast
make the buddy seat standard, and if you dont want it maked it easily removeable..stupid to have to spend 300-600$ for a little seat cushion....
