one of the differences today is your design engineers have little to no field experience--book smart but that doesn't cut it.anyone in the design and field testing should be required to have a strong background of at least 10 years of field service--maybe there wouldn't be so many frustrated owners with 3 to 500,000 dollar machines sitting waiting for a tech because of a 10 dollar sensor.just my 2 cents.
