After reading all post's I've come to the conclusion that the truck doesn't have a trans brake. Whether it ever has I have no way of knowing. I'm satisfied the clutch isn't OEM.

I can either visit my friendly truck parts place and see about getting a brake or forget about it. After all, once you get it in gear every thing is fine.
