I'm not really sure what I said to start this tilt?

Lived through a couple ag bubbles, pretty clear we are in another one. Don't wish good or bad on anyone, but economics will be what they are, and easy enough to see that.

Another repeatable pattern is the super aggressive farmers keep stacking on until something bad happens. It looks good, it looks like a wonderful management, until a false move and then the over aggressiveness topples everything, as there is no backup plan, no safe zone. I don't cheer for that to happen, and didnt say I was looking forward to it, and dad & I passed on $900 land across from us do to that in the 1980s so don't think I'm sitting around waiting for others to fail.... It just appears it _will_ happen again, not that I hope for or would cause such a thing.

I've seen more land for sale on public auction 'here' in the past 4 years as I have in the rest of my life, never seen so much change hands. 'Here.' The farm papers are full of pages and pages of land auctions every month in spring and fall and even the rest of the year as well.
