Better look at it. I would say land in that arae would be pretty good but I have to question why it is dryland and not irrigated? I do know their rainfall is going to average a couple of inches more than where I farm. The 100th meridian divides the eastern half of NE where dryland crops are better vs. the westrn half where it is more challenging.
