We were lucky here around Wichita, had 20+ inches of snow and 1.4 inches of rain the next weekend. Ed the wheat has just come out of dormantcy about a week and a half ago maybe a Feekes 4-5. Areas west of us were not so lucky with the moisture. 90 lbs. is heavy all at once but have not had an issue "yet" with the streamers. My spray rig "tractor and pull type" track down quit a bit so the fewer trips over the field the better.
