I tried just dumping the loose hay in an h bunk. cows didnt like it. I left the other bunks empty for two days and put ddg on top, they still didnt eat it very well. Ended up shoveling it out of the bunk too. So now I just dump it on the ground, they pick what they want and lay on the rest.
Have you ever?????
