 Chebanse, IL..... | We went from a 9630 (wheel) to a 9630T. We won't be returning to tires. No power hop on the T, no adding/reducing tire air pressure to match field work loads. Slippage in the wheeled tractor used to run about 8% on most fall tillage. Now runs about 2%. I'd think that's increasing efficiency. Road travel is not as nice in a T, but you get over it after a few hrs of road travel. You have to take bumps slower than you did w/a wheeled tractor. The "T" takes up less room in a shop or on a road since it's narrower without all that rubber sticking out there.
Again, we won't return to wheels.
