New Mexico | hide and offal are record prices ( trend is higher on h&o ).
whole beef deal is pretty decent considering the whole state of affairs around the globe.
usa cattle harvest weights are record high, so considering that too.
usa is swimming in extra pork now ( exports none to shiney in that dept ).
thinking easter somewhat but moreso baseball is going to clean up record usa pork supplies.
( usa may set a record pork consumption year )
