Baldwin City, KS | Yeah. The drill was way in the back of our shed, so we finally got it dug out and ready to plant some oats. Ground was just dry enough to scratch them in with the drill. Started getting a few flurries, then next thing you know, it's no longer fit to plant. Lately, even the NOAA forecasts carry precious little integrity. Glad for the moisture, but would sure like to get this one dumb field of oats planted.
Will try a pic of our chief hired guy and water specialist.
