| We had a 3208 in a Terragator that gave trouble like you have. Replaced all the suction hoses and the cat bleed valve with no change, then found a tiny hole in a metal tube when I put an electric boost pump on it. I left the electric pump on it, the little gear pump in the fuel injection pump can use some help, plus you did not need the hand pump to change fuel filters. A very small leak anywhere above the fuel level in the tank up to the injection pump will cause this and never show as a diesel leak. | |
