South Georgia | The first thing I would try is to take the hoses off the flowmeter and look through it. Blow through it and see if it turns. If not, it may have a piece of something stuck in it. Carefully take the three screws out of it and take the turbine out if necessary.
One of mine had peen sitting 'open' since last season due to having a valve robbed off to replace a failed one on another rig and forgotten about. I stuck it all back together this year and tried it, and wasn't reading flow. The problem turned out to be the remains of a frog. Oops...
