| John - We should start a "friendly" thread called "local bank or Farm Credit financing"? Just look at the pro's and con's of each....myself taking the side of local banks and you can take the side of Farm Credit. Others would be welcome to add comments as well.
My hesitation on this "time". Somethimes I cannot post for days the way it seems. Hopefully, such a thread would be informative to everyone and perhaps clear up some bad information out there on each. My opinion is biased against government owned financing, but perhaps I could learn a thing or two in the process. | |
