Slicker than a Yes album.
This has been hashed and rehashed.

In my experience, you don't have to dump. The bags stretch, but hold. Even on 15 year old bags. (first semi here had no provision for dumping) When you go through large dips and doos, they suspension loads and unloads, so they can take a very quick moving of air from bag to bag.

On the other had, if it makes ya a little worried to see the bag do its thing, dump it. No harm there, either.
