| Agree completely with boog. Would not do with out a 4 in 1 bucket after having one for farm use. Great for brush work and taking out fence on a farm. It is harder to find a 4 in 1 on an older hoe, but worth the wait. 4 wd is also a must because you will be using it when it is to wet to farm, and with the 4 ini 1 it is as good as a small dozer for pushing with the blade.
For years case was the dominant hoe around here, with just a few Fords, so there are lots of used cases and parts and people with experience on how to work on them, although from the E models on they are pretty tuff. We now see lots of new John Deeres and Cats, and everyone seems to like them well. I think they all hold their resale value pretty well. We have a 580 Super K and have no complaints.
One warning, once you get used to having a hoe around you might not want to part with it, ours gets used all the time for all kinds of things you wouldn't think of, no comparison to most loader tractors for handy work. So buy one you might want to own for a while.
