in this case your buddy from florida couldnt care if he owns 36 csr or 90 csr ground... to his other rich friends he owns IOWA ground... when he finds out that it is probably the worst ground in iowa he wont care because the worst ground in iowa is the best in hunting... THERE You have it. he now owns the BEST hunting ground in iowa...

if he has that kind of money hes not going to worry about it... worst case scenario for him is a large private vacation home in the fall to hunt trophy deer... and spring for all the turkey he can shake a stick at... if its all in crp he can take all his rich florida buddies on a pheasant hunt... sounds like he made the right decision for HIM but maybe not for any of us...

i believe ground like that sells for 1500-2000 that down there in southern iowa...
