Prowl is not labeled for a burndown application at all for either crop.
Read and follow the label.
Prowl is labeled at 2.1 - 3 pt. of the H2O, and for corn is used PRE or EPOST.
For soybeans, Prowl is used PPI, do not apply PRE.

Page 21 of the Prowl EC label gets into it on soybeans, I'd copy and paste it but it won't let me.
